16 – What Happened?

In this episode, we’re going to learn comparisons and the past tense of the regular verbs with IR endings.

Fernanda thinks that to stay with someone doesn’t meet her needs to have deeper affection. She has a boyfriend, but she has recently argued with him. Listen to the dialogue where she talks to her friend Rogério about this.

Rogério – Oi, Fernanda! Tudo bem?
Terminamos o namoro.
Rogério – Não fica triste, não. Amanhã ele volta.
