Ingredientes:
- 1 kg de camarões brancos médios
- 1 kg de mandioca (também chamada de macaxeira ou aipim, em diferentes regiões do Brasil), descascada e picada em pequenos cubos
- 3 tomates maduros grandes picados
- 1 pimentão médio picado
- 4 dentes de alho amassados
- 2 cebolas grandes picadas
- cebolinha e coentro a gosto
- sal e pimenta a gosto
- 1 colher (sopa) de colorau à base de urucum
- 3 colheres (sopa) azeite de oliva
- 3 colheres (sopa) azeite de dendê
- 300ml de leite de coco fresco ou de garrafinha
- 1 caixinha de creme de leite
