1. What is the Learning Guide?
The Learning Guide is a 5-8 page PDF file for every new podcast episode. It contains a complete transcript (every word that is said on the podcast. This is a great help in understanding things you may have missed when listening to the podcast) and exercises.

2. What do I get when I become a Premium Member of BrazilianPodClass?
You get access to ALL Learning Guides (5-8 pages) for each episode.

3. How do I download the Learning Guide for each podcast?
To download the Learning Guide:
1. Register for membership.
2. Login to your account.
3. Go to the home page: http://www.brazilianpodclass.com
4. Select a podcast.
5. RIGHT-click (Mac: CTRL-click) on the “Learning Guide” button and select “Save As…”
6. Save the PDF file to your hard drive.
*Note: You will need a free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the Learning Guide.

4. How do I pay for my membership?
BrazilianPodClass uses the free PayPal secure online payment system. Each month, your account will be automatically billed unless you cancel your membership. You can cancel your membership at any time.

5. Do I need to come back at the end of each month to pay via PayPal?
No. If you use PayPal, you will be automatically charged each month until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time.

6. Can I share my login information with someone else?
No. Your membership login information cannot be used by anyone other than you. Sharing your username and password with other people may cause your account to be suspended, so please do not share them with others.

7. How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership:
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to the Account Information page.
3. In the Product box on the bottom, click on the Cancel link. This will take you to the PayPal sign-in page.
4. Sign-in to your PayPal account. You will be automatically taken to your Subscription Details page after you sign-in.
5. On the bottom of the Subscription Details page, click on the Cancel Subscription button. Your membership will continue until the end of the 30 days that you paid for. Then it will cancel automatically.

Please note: We are not able to give a refund for part of a month after that month’s membership fee has been paid. Your membership will continue until the end of the 30 days. Then your membership will be cancelled automatically.
